The Rohde & Schwarz LANCOM LW-700 is a wireless access point designed for enterprise and campus environments that need high-capacity, future-ready Wi?Fi. It supports Wi?Fi 7 while maintaining compatibility with Wi?Fi 6 and earlier standards to serve a broad mix of client devices and applications. The access point helps deliver multi-gigabit aggregate throughput and responsive multi-client performance, with support for OFDMA, 2x2 MU-MIMO, and Multi-Link Operation for more consistent connectivity.
Built for dense deployments, the LW-700 can be configured with up to 32 SSIDs and handle as many as 256 concurrent clients while supporting up to 4,096 VLANs to simplify network segmentation. Enterprise-grade security and authentication options include WPA3 and WPA2 modes, AES-based encryption, and a wide range of EAP and RADIUS authentication methods to help protect user access and network resources. Flexible deployment is supported via PoE and a 2.5 GbE RJ-45 uplink, and the device operates across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands within standard environmental ranges.
